Click the link below to download and view the TCLI Directory Upload Template. Updates to the TCLI Directory will only be accepted in this file format. If changes or updates are needed to an existing year's listing, a complete, updated file must be submitted for upload and will replace any file previously provided for that year. FSA will only accept updates to the TCLI Directory from pre-approved personnel from designated state and territory agencies.
